Is my company large enough to participate in a Visa Co-Branded card program?
There is no specific measurement to determine the proper volume. In addition, each Issuer has different requirements regarding a minimum number of cards. Generally, Issuer Banks require the company to offer a customer base that is large enough to achieve a profitable program.
