Probably the one benefit that is hard to match is Visa's 401(k) plan, because Visa contributes US$2 for each US$1 the employee contributes to the plan, up to a maximum of 3% of his/her base salary. After 10 years of service, Visa will contribute US$3 for each dollar of participating contributions you make. The employee is 100% vested in Visa's matching contributions after 3 years of service.
